Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a piece that is either out of stock or not yet available in our current inventory. Full payment (or a partial deposit, as specified on the product page) is collected at checkout to confirm your order. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be charged closer to dispatch.

Pre-order items are made or restocked in small batches, so estimated delivery timelines will be mentioned on the product page — please note these may shift slightly depending on production and fabric availability. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout.

Cancellations
Once a pre-order is placed, it confirms your spot in that batch's production or restock. As such, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
